1. Who this page applies to
This policy describes personal information submitted through the MyFitnessAMIGO pre-launch website. It does not yet cover data you might later enter inside the MyFitnessAMIGO fitness app, such as workout, nutrition, or health-related information. The app will need its own complete privacy disclosures before launch.
2. Information we collect
If you join the launch list, we ask for your email address. If you apply to become a beta tester, we ask for your email address and phone platform (iPhone or Android), and you may optionally give your name or a short message.
Please do not enter passwords, payment details, medical conditions, or other sensitive information in the beta message box.
3. What we use it for
With your explicit consent, we send launch-list subscribers news about MyFitnessAMIGO’s availability through EmailOctopus. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. We use beta application details to review applications, invite selected testers, share setup information, and request feedback about testing.
Submitting a form does not activate a free trial, create a paid subscription, or authorize a payment.
4. Where submissions go
Website forms are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database for the purposes described above. Launch-list email addresses are also transferred to EmailOctopus to send requested launch news. Beta applications stay in Cloudflare D1 unless we separately obtain permission for marketing. Cloudflare may process normal technical request information while providing hosting and abuse protection. If bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies signup requests. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve requests to Google's servers.
5. Keeping, correcting, or deleting your information
We aim to keep signups only as long as needed for launch communications, beta testing, or reasonable records. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting MyFitnessAMIGO using the address below. If you also joined our email list, you may unsubscribe using the link in an email.
